We ship within 1 business day after your payment has cleared. Please keep in mind weekends and holidays do not apply to this rule. We ship products using USPS, therefore it could take up to 14 days for your item to be delivered. The shipping & handling fee covers a shipping service, quality packing materials, tracking number, and insurance for items valued at $50 or more.

We ship only to US and International addresses shown in the PayPal payment notice.

PACKING + SHIPPING + TRACKING INFO

I do my best and take great care in packaging my items for shipping. I use an extreme amount of bubble wrap and any other packing materials necessary to ensure safe arrival of all of my products to my customers. Also, I always check the merchandise to ensure it is in perfect condition before I pack it up to be shipped.  I do my very best to protect each and every item I ship. If there is a problem with your shipment or item arrives damaged,  please keep the item and package as it was originally received and PLEASE contact me immediately. I will then provide clear instructions on what steps to take to fix this situation.

Domestic customers, please allow 12 business days before becoming concerned about your item.

If your item hasn't arrived within 12 business days, check the tracking number provided, contact your local post office, and PLEASE contact me. I will do everything I can to rectify any issues.

All of my items are shipped with a tracking number, which is provided to you in an Email from Ebay once your item has shipped.

Should you have any questions please email us, we check email frequently. If you do not receive a response to your question within 24 hours - it's possible we may not have gotten your email, please do email us again.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  The time it takes for an item to arrive in certain countries is due to the shipping service, the time it takes for the package to go through customs, and the time it takes for the local carrier or courier to actually deliver the package. Shipments sent via USPS First Class International mail can take 30-60 days to arrive to certain countries. If you need faster shipment please contact me and I will offer different options.

I will only ship to the address you place on your paypal invoice. Please dont ask me to ship to an alternate address, as I am unable to do so. We, as the seller, are unprotected should anything happen to your package during shipping if the address is different than the one you have registered through Paypal and Ebay.
